SERVE ON OUR ADVISORY BOARD

Nominations being accepted for two openings in 2023

The Rochester Documentary Filmmakers Advisory Board reaches out to the community to find filmmakers for screenings, coordinates with The Little Theatre, runs the FB page and website, releases an monthly newsletter via email, maintains the membership list, plans the socials, and sets the vision for the group.

Phew! That’s a lot to do, which is why we need help! If you’re ready to step up, please nominate yourself. Or if you know someone else who’d be perfect for the gig, nominate them!

Board Member Requirements:

Term of service is two calendar years.
Attend a monthly, one-to-two-hour meeting either in person or via Zoom.
Complete your assignments, which may take a few hours of your time per month.
Attend monthly screenings and events as often as possible.
Board Members are NOT eligible for the Election Day Grant during their board tenure.
